Swim Kids 4


The goal of Swim Kids 4 is to further refine Front Crawl.  Your child will be using the skills they have been perfecting up to this point to strengthen their strokes.  In addition to moving from doing 4 arms to 2 arms, your child will also work on their endurance.

Here are a few of the key skills you will see your child practicing:

  • “Side Glide 2 arms” (Introductory Front Crawl)
  • Back Crawl (25m)
  • Kneeling Dives
  • Self Rescue Techniques: Treading Water (45 seconds): Students
    learn to keep their head above the surface in the deep water
