Swim Kids 7

The goal of Swim Kids 7 is to begin to develop advanced strokes.  Students are taught how to breathe to both sides during Front Crawl and we are raising the bar when it comes to endurance! 

Here are a few of the key skills you will see your child practicing:

  • Front Crawl with Bilateral Breathing (50m)
  • Back Crawl (50m)
  • Elementary (50m)
  • Front Whip Kick
  • Deep Dive
  • Endurance Swim (150m)
  • Self Rescue Techniques: Treading Water (3 Minutes)
