Swim Kids 7
The goal of Swim Kids 7 is to begin to develop advanced strokes. Students are taught how to breathe to both sides during Front Crawl and we are raising the bar when it comes to endurance!
Here are a few of the key skills you will see your child practicing:
- Front Crawl with Bilateral Breathing (50m)
- Back Crawl (50m)
- Elementary (50m)
- Front Whip Kick
- Deep Dive
- Endurance Swim (150m)
- Self Rescue Techniques: Treading Water (3 Minutes)
